Particular attention is also paid to breakfast, which includes a varied selection of savoury snacks, a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts, homemade cakes and pastries, freshly squeezed Sicilian oranges and lots of fresh fruit.
Lunch and dinner are served in our poolside restaurant. Our cuisine draws on the Sicilian gastronomic tradition with a proposal of fresh fish and meat from the mountain areas, in a unique mix of flavours of ancient origin. The care taken in selecting products and wines exclusively from the area and the refined processing of them will also make your holiday a gastronomic journey through Sicily.
A light lunch of salads and sandwiches is also available.
The tranquillity and privacy of Hotel Borgo Pantano’s guests is guaranteed by the fact that those not staying at the hotel, including the restaurant, are not allowed access to all areas of the hotel.
It is possible, when booking your room, to purchase half board at a dedicated price.

An informal setting for a lunch with a menu that ranges from traditional Mediterranean dishes, grilled meats, fish and vegetables cooked on the barbecue.
